The AI Gala is an annual celebration that brings together the leading figures of Finland’s AI community—business leaders, experts, developers, and policymakers—to honor national achievements in artificial intelligence and draw inspiration from future possibilities. This exclusive, invitation-only event is reserved for members of the AI Finland network and selected guests.

AI Gala 2025: Nominations are now closed

Finland is full of world-class AI achievements! This year’s nearly 200 applications cover everything from practical applications and ambitious leadership to groundbreaking research. The jury is currently reviewing the candidates, and finalists will be contacted in mid-October. Thank you to everyone who submitted their nominations!

At the heart of the event is the annual awards ceremony, which highlights the most significant AI projects, individuals, and solutions from across industries and the research community. Awards are presented across multiple categories, recognizing contributions from startups, large enterprises, solution implementers, and technology developers alike. The gala jury is composed of respected experts, industry leaders, and AI pioneers, who evaluate nominees through a broad lens—from impact and responsibility to technical execution and business outcomes.
