The network’s meetings and discussions follow the Chatham House Rule. This means participants are free to use the information shared during meetings and discussions, but they may not disclose its source or any identifiable details without permission.
No Sales Policy
The network’s activities focus on information sharing, peer mentoring, and cross-learning through the network. Direct marketing of one’s own services or commercial pressure is not allowed in network meetings or discussions.
Ethics and Responsibility
All participants commit to adhering to high ethical standards in the development and application of AI. This includes special attention to ethical issues such as transparency, fairness, data privacy, and responsible use of AI. The goal is to create AI solutions that contribute to a sustainable and equitable society.
Open and Respectful Interaction
The network’s activities are based on openness and collaboration. All participants are expected to respect one another and contribute constructively to discussions. Diverse perspectives and backgrounds are welcome and valued as part of the shared learning process.

Compliance with these principles is a requirement for being part of the AI Finland network.
