In 2026, AI Finland will bring the entire network together through quarterly flagship events, the AI Finland Forums. The first forum of the spring, AI Finland Spring Forum, will introduce top international experts to the network and enable participants to work on timely AI themes in focused working groups—without forgetting networking and knowledge sharing.

At the AI Finland Spring Forum in Helsinki on March 25, 2026, the keynote speakers will include Lauri Vuornos, SVP, Software Engineering, Oura, and Peder Blomgren, Vice President and Head of R&D Data Office, AstraZeneca. The discussions will be facilitated by Niko Vuokko, Senior Director & CTO, Silo AI.

In addition to high-level keynote speakers, the event offers participants the opportunity to work in a compact focus group on the theme that interests them most, selected from 12 topical themes. The focus groups are facilitated by curated service providers from the network, and the working sessions provide participants with concrete tools and peer sparring to support the development of the selected themes.
The afternoon concludes with a selection of short briefings on current initiatives, collaboration opportunities, and other rotating topics within the Finnish AI ecosystem, from which participants can choose the ones most relevant to them.

Participation options

You can participate in the AI Finland Forums in three different ways: in person at the main event in Helsinki, in person at local events organized around Finland, or fully remotely. For the best experience, we recommend attending in person.

The main event in Helsinki consists of four parts:

  • Networking lunch enables cross-industry encounters and a free exchange of ideas before the official program begins.
  • Keynote presentations bring the world’s leading AI executives to share their experiences and examples of AI transformation in their organizations.
  • Focus groups allow participants to work on the theme that interests them most from 12 options through hands-on workshops, roundtable discussions, and clinics.
  • Short briefings provide concise updates on the most current projects, collaboration opportunities, and developments in Finland’s AI field for the network.

Local events around Finland enable in-person participation and networking also outside the capital region:

  • Top-level speakers via livestream
  • In-person workshops on themes requested by local participants

Remote participation enables following the keynote presentations and taking part in the focus groups online.

The event is intended exclusively for representatives of our member companies.
