AI Finland

Artificial Intelligence Network for Organizations

AI Finland is a nationwide artificial intelligence network for organizations. Its mission is to accelerate the adoption of AI in Finnish companies and to strengthen Finland’s position as a global leader in applied and responsible AI development.

We achieve this by connecting demand and supply, building structures for knowledge sharing, and actively shaping the national AI agenda. The network offers a pathway to growth, scalability, and the discovery of new business opportunities.

The Autumn 2025 event calendar has been published

In the upcoming season, we will explore the use of artificial intelligence across different organizational functions, discuss its impacts on working life and society, and bring together industry experts, frontrunners, and developers. The program includes approximately 20 events – both online and in person. A new addition this season is the monthly discussion format, AI Finland Roundtable, for which participants will be selected on an event-by-event basis. The discussions will follow the Chatham House Rule, offering a confidential space for sharing experiences, highlighting best practices, and discovering new forms of collaboration. We are seeking participants from all member organizations – in particular, we aim to engage professionals from various organizational functions, such as production, marketing, HR, cybersecurity, and strategic development.

Who is it for?

AI Finland is open to all companies and organizations interested in artificial intelligence—regardless of industry, size, or level of maturity. With over 200 member organizations, the network includes both solution providers and a wide range of companies applying AI in practice.

Our services focus on two core objectives:

  • Creating real competitive advantage and new revenue streams through AI
  • Maximizing AI’s impact by improving productivity

The goal is to help companies move from isolated pilots to scalable AI solutions that deliver concrete business results. In addition, AI Finland works closely with the public sector, research community, and business ecosystem through joint initiatives, educational programs, and international collaboration networks.

A training program for a thousand board and leadership team members has kicked off

AI 1000: Growth through AI

The program launched by AI Finland brings the business benefits of artificial intelligence to the agenda of Finnish company executives and boards. The goal is to initiate 1,000 new AI-driven business projects within the next year. Join us in renewing Finnish business! We are openly seeking both company boards and executive teams to be trained, as well as trainers to deliver the program. Trainers will receive a ready-made framework focused on the business impact of AI. Participants, in turn, will walk away with 1–2 viable AI concepts and a concrete plan for implementing them.
