Coming Up: Light Mentoring – Member-to-Member Sparring on AI Use

AI Finland’s Light Mentoring program is a new member service launching soon, offering low-threshold peer support for organizations looking to harness AI more effectively. At the heart of the concept is member-to-member collaboration: organizations with more advanced AI experience share their knowledge with SMEs and midcap companies that are still on their way toward scalable solutions.

The program is built around a light but goal-oriented mentoring model that supports concrete progress and accelerates learning. Mentors also gain valuable insights into the needs of other industries and can broaden their own understanding of the wider AI landscape.

Light mentoring is open to all member organizations—whether you want to share your expertise or benefit from the experiences of others at different stages of AI adoption.

The first mentoring pairs will be formed in autumn 2025.
