Peer-to-peer sparring sessions
Our monthly peer-to-peer sparring sessions are interactive online events that dive into timely, hands-on case examples. Each session features short introductions followed by small group discussions, offering participants a chance to share insights, ask questions, and learn from one another in a collaborative setting.
These sessions offer members the chance to deepen their skills and gain practical tools and insights to support the development of their own organizations. Topics range from business development and operational models to implementation strategies—covering areas such as GenAI solutions, data management, AI strategy development, and selected use cases.
Peer sparring sessions provide a platform for members to hear real experiences and solutions from other organizations. Participants are also encouraged to take the stage themselves—sharing their own lessons learned and practical examples to support collective learning across the network.
Who is it for?
This event series is designed for AI Finland members who are interested in advancing the use of artificial intelligence within their own organizations—and across society at large. Most peer sparring sessions are cross-sectoral, but if a session targets a specific industry, this will be clearly stated in the event description.
