AI in Sales and Marketing: Use Case Factory – Workshop
In sales and marketing, AI adoption doesn’t happen in one leap — it starts with that one use case that works. In this workshop, we guide your team through a structured five-phase process: map your real funnel and mark where time is quietly burning, generate a wall of candidate use cases, and prioritise them by impact and effort. Then we scope the winner — and show what building it actually looks like with modern AI tools. Along the way, a decision framework cuts through the noise: do you actually need AI here, and if so, which kind — a copilot, a workflow, or an autonomous agent? The outcome: a process map drawn by your team, a prioritised shortlist, and one fully scoped use case — owned, dated, and ready to build.
Target Group: Managers and leaders responsible for marketing, sales, and business development.

Worth doing, worth having done? Estimating and proving the value of AI – Speed Dating
Most AI business cases are built once and never revisited. In two peer rounds we discuss the before and after: how impact and cost are estimated prior to starting, and how to know afterwards whether the investment paid off. Short framings, live polls, and a lot of talking. You leave with the room’s collective learnings and an AI ROI Toolkit to dig deeper.
Target Group: Business and technology leaders, AI business case owners
Level: Relevant for leaders at all levels of experience

AI Engineering Challenge – Workshop
Build an AI system from a lightweight starter template and compete against other participants to solve a benchmarked practical challenge. Experiment with prompting, retrieval, tool usage and other AI engineering techniques to arrive with the best solution to the task at hand. Learn how modern AI applications are built, evaluated and improved through a hands-on competition approach.

Become a Better AI Leader Through Hindsight – Celebrating the Power of Looking Back – Group Discussion
In this session, you’re encouraged to second-guess and reflect all you like. Join us for the year’s most important AI retrospective, where instead of celebrating success stories, we’ll examine well-known AI initiatives that failed to achieve their goals.
In this small-group discussion, we’ll explore what organizations can learn from these cases, how to improve the odds of success in future AI initiatives, and how to ensure that adopting new technologies leads to meaningful learning rather than repeated mistakes.

The 87% Problem: AI made developers faster. The rest of software delivery is now the bottleneck – Presentation and Roundtable
AI coding tools have made developers substantially more productive. Yet for many software organizations, product delivery hasn’t accelerated at the same pace. The reason is simple: coding represents only the 13% of the engineering process. The remaining 87%—product intent, requirements, planning, architecture, verification, governance and delivery—is still fragmented across Jira, documentation, meetings and disconnected tools, with little traceability back to the code. In this session, we’ll explore why the next competitive advantage isn’t another AI coding model, but an engineering operating model that connects the entire software delivery lifecycle.

‘AI investments in software aren’t paying back’ — How do leaders secure the real ROI? – Roundtable
While AI can generate 90% of a codebase, coding efficiency doesn’t automatically shorten lifecycles. As technical execution becomes a commodity, value shifts upstream. This roundtable explores concrete customer insights and facilitates peer discussion on capturing genuine ROI in software projects. Join us to learn how leaders are rethinking specifications to build more ambitious, high-quality solutions.

Business Processes: Scaling AI Through Data and Context – Roundtable
Why does AI scale in some organisations and stall in others? The difference is rarely the technology. It’s whether data, context and AI are built into how the business actually operates. Processes generate data, data enables AI, and AI reshapes processes in turn. In this roundtable, we’ll explore where the biggest opportunities lie, where the loop breaks in practice, and what it takes to make it work at scale.
Target Group: Business and technology leaders, data & AI development owners
